The WCP Building Renewal story
Over 20 years ago, we started as Wolfgang Commercial Painters and quickly earned a reputation as one of BC’s trusted commercial painting contractors. Since then, we’ve built lasting relationships with property owners, strata councils, property managers, engineers, and consultants—successfully completing over 4,500 building renewal projects across the province.
Over time, our work expanded beyond commercial painting into what we now call building renewal: the restoration, protection, and improvement of a building’s exterior and interior performance, appearance and feel. It became clear that “Commercial Painters” no longer reflected the breadth of our services. And so, Wolfgang Commercial Painters became WCP Building Renewal.
What began as a commercial painting has expanded into full building envelope restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, interior common area renewal, and a wide range of specialized building services.
Today, we provide comprehensive exterior and interior building renewal services, helping our clients restore, improve and protect the value in their assets.
