What is the difference between WCP Building Renewal and Wolfgang Commercial Painters?
Wolfgang Commercial Painters was our name when we founded the company in 2003. As the company evolved to offer a full suite of building renewal and restoration services, we felt that the term “commercial painters” no longer captured our essence. In 2024, we re-branded to WCP Building Renewal. WCP is an acronym for Wolfgang Commercial Painters and a tribute to our past.
What types of building renewal and commercial painting services do you offer?
We offer various services, including interior common area re-models and exterior building envelope renewals and restorations. Our specialty interior services include wall covering and wall protection installation, drywall, and texture repair, finish carpentry, and painting. Our exterior building services include sand and vapor blasting, power washing, concrete and stucco restoration, sealants and caulking, and membrane repair.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
It’s important to hire a properly vetted building renewal and commercial painting company. WCP Building Renewal is licensed throughout Metro Vancouver and British Columbia. We carry ten million dollars of liability insurance, are active and in good standing with Worksafe BC and we are fully bonded.
What kind of projects have you completed?
We specialize in renewing, restoring, and painting the interior and exterior of buildings. Our past projects include multi-unit residential complexes, strata complexes, high-rise towers, apartment buildings, condominium buildings, shopping centers, offices, facilities, warehouses, and even the world’s largest mural!
Do you offer concrete repair?
Yes, we do! We can repair concrete including spalling and delimitation for balcony’s, walls, decks and ceilings. Our extensive concrete repair experiences includes work at high-rises, low rises, warehouse, commercial and multi unit residential buildings.
Do you offer caulking and sealant work?
Yes, we do! Including sealant removal and replacement for high and low rises. Warehouse expansion and cold joints, kant strips for membranes, window perimeter sealant repairs, and aesthetic caulking for interior and exterior projects.
Do you do membrane and epoxy work?
Yes, we do! Including deck membranes and balcony repair, floor membranes, and epoxies for facilities and warehouses. We also, provide prep work for floor coatings including shot blasting, grinding, and etching.
Do you do drywall and texture work?
Yes, we do! Our drywall and texture work includes seam and joint repairs, texture blends for walls and ceilings, and any minor repairs required for commercial interior painting.

Do you use environmentally friendly paints and materials?
Not all commercial painting companies offer environmentally friendly options for their clients. We offer eco-friendly paint and coatings options as per the British Columbia guidelines, to our customers along with many different specialty coating systems for various applications.
