We are looking for Building Renewal Contractors to join our superstar team. For two decades, WCP Building Renewal has been a leader in British Columbia’s building service industry.

The role:

  • Develop & coordinate initiatives to grow new & existing client relationships
  • Target & pursue new opportunities for business
  • Build & maintain trusted relationships with our clients (building owners, engineers and project managers)
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
  • Facilitate lunch & learn sessions, trade shows, & other client events
  • Maintain database of new and existing client relationships
  • Perform ongoing administration and tracking via our CRM

What you bring to the table:

  • Have minimum 5 years experience in exterior and interior restoration of low-rise, high-rise, town-house complexes, & warehouses
  • Have a team certified working with booms & scissor lifts of all sizes
  • Has bosun chair or swing stage experience
  • Working behind the tools consistently
  • Are operationally excellent with proven systems for production
  • Two Million Dollars in Liability Insurance
  • Active good standing with WorkSafeBC
  • GST Number
