Interior Common Area Renewal

WCP Building Renewal completed a comprehensive interior renewal project at Oakview Gardens, a multi-unit strata property in Vancouver’s South Cambie neighbourhood—transforming outdated common areas into brighter, more welcoming spaces for residents and visitors alike.

The project included extensive drywall and texture repair, wall covering, finish carpentry, interior painting, and lighting upgrades throughout the lobby and hallways. Damaged areas were restored, new baseboards, casings and trim installed, and a refreshed colour palette selected to bring a cleaner, more contemporary feel to the building.

To complete the transformation, outdated lighting fixtures and door hardware were replaced, improving appearance and functionality throughout the common areas.
