Spring Hill Place
The interior common area renewal project at Spring Hill Place, a high rise strata building in North Vancouver was completed by WCP Building Renewal over two phases. The initial phase included a remodel of all common halls and the second was an extensive remodeling of the lobby. The scope of work included the removal of existing wall coverings and skim coating of associated walls, new baseboards and trim, new wall coverings and paint.
Or team performed comprehensive drywall and texture repairs on walls and ceilings, including the complete removal of texture from the ceilings, repair of drywall buckles and minor imperfections, restoring the all surfaces in the process.
New baseboards, casings, and trim were installed throughout the building’s common areas. Our technicians ensured that every detail was considered, seamlessly integrating the new elements with the existing architecture. In addition, new Lighting was mounted at both the hallway and lobby.
Painting throughout the condo building was completed with a modern color scheme to dramatically upgrade the look and feel of this property.
The final step at the lobby was new wall coverings above the chair rails to bring the project together
