WCP Building Renewal completed a two-phase interior renewal project at Spring Hill Place, a high-rise strata property in North Vancouver, BC. The project included a full refresh of the common hallways, followed by an extensive lobby renovation designed to modernize and elevate the building’s interior spaces.

Our team completed major surface repairs and upgrades throughout the property, transforming worn and dated common areas into cleaner, brighter, more contemporary spaces for residents and guests.

Scope of Work

• Removal and replacement of existing wall coverings
• Skim coating and drywall repair
• Removal of old ceiling texturing and refinishing
• New baseboards, casings, chair rails, and trim throughout
