Exterior Commercial Painting in Delta

WCP Building Renewal was hired to paint and renew Tilbury Business Park, a large warehouse complex in Delta, BC. The project included exterior restoration, preparation and painting for two separate 300,000-square-foot warehouse buildings, all completed while the busy industrial park remained fully operational.

Over a four-month period, our crews completed leak detection, power washing, surface preparation and exterior commercial painting for concrete, metal and structural steel surfaces. The concrete walls were coated with a high-build 100% acrylic coating system to provide a durable, long-lasting finish. Metal surfaces and structural steel were painted with a hybrid urethane product for added protection against rust and corrosion.

Because the industrial park remained active throughout the project, careful planning and project management were essential. Our crews worked around tenant schedules and business operations to minimize disruption while keeping the project moving efficiently.

The finished result means the warehouse complex has a clean, renewed appearance with long lasting protection.
