Delta Exterior Commercial Painting
WCP Building Renewal was hired to paint and renew Tilbury Business Park, a modern and expansive warehouse complex in Delta.
The warehouse restoration project, performed over a four month period, power washing, preparation and painting of all exterior concrete and metal surfaces for two, separate three hundred thousand square foot warehouses. The concrete was painted with a high build 100% acrylic coating system to ensure a long lasting and durable finish. The metal and structural steel was painted with a hybrid urethane product to allow for maximum protection against rust and corrosion.
This busy industrial park was fully operational throughout the project and our crews worked around the various tenants’ business hours to ensure no adverse impact to their business operations. The finished product was beautiful! The owners have peace of mind knowing this massive complex/asset is protected long term.
