What’s the difference between WCP Building Renewal and Wolfgang Commercial Painters?

In 2003, we founded Wolfgang Commercial Painters. As the company evolved to offer a full suite of building renewal and restoration services, we felt that the term “commercial painters” no longer captured our essence. In 2024, we re-branded to WCP Building Renewal, keeping WCP as a tribute to our past.

What types of building renewal and commercial painting services do you offer?

We provide exterior and interior building renewal services for strata, commercial, and multi-unit properties.

Our exterior services include: building envelope restoration, concrete and stucco repair, sealants and caulking, membrane repair, power washing, and exterior commercial painting.

Our interior services include common area renewals, drywall and texture repair, wall coverings and wall protection, finish carpentry, and interior painting.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes. WCP Building Renewal is fully licensed and bonded, carries $10 million in liability insurance, and is in good standing with WorkSafeBC. Our clients can have confidence knowing their project is being completed safely, professionally, and responsibly.

What kind of projects have you completed?

Our portfolio includes multi-unit residential complexes, strata complexes, high-rise towers, apartment buildings, condominium buildings, shopping centers, offices, facilities, warehouses, and even the world’s largest mural!

Do you offer concrete repair?

Yes, we specialize in concrete repair, including spalling and delamination for balconies, walls, decks, and ceilings. Our extensive concrete repair experience includes work at high-rises, low-rises, warehouses, commercial, and multi-unit residential buildings.

Do you offer caulking and sealant work?

Our work includes sealant removal and replacement, window perimeter caulking, expansion and cold joint repairs, membrane detailing, crack sealing, and both interior and exterior waterproofing sealant applications. Properly maintained sealants help prevent water intrusion, protect the building envelope, and extend the life of surrounding building materials.

Do you do building membrane and epoxy work?

Yes, we prep, install, and repair a variety of membrane and protective coating systems, including deck, floor, and balcony membranes, and epoxies for commercial, industrial, and warehouse facilities.

Do you do drywall and texture work?

Yes. Our work includes drywall patching, seam and joint repairs, crack repairs, texture matching and blending for walls and ceilings, as well as surface preparation for interior painting and common area renewal projects.
