Our work on this large Coquitlam strata complex project included a full power washing to prepare the wood and other surfaces for painting. Followed by the repair and replacement damaged fascia, trim and door frames. Extensive prep work was completed throughout on wood surfaces. Wood and trim surfaces received two full finish coats of a high performance paint. The building was accessed via boom lift and ladder.

Scope of work on this Coquitlam strata complex project included a full power washing to prepare the stucco and wood for painting. Followed by the repair and replacement damaged fascia, trim and door frames. Extensive stucco repairs were completed throughout the strata complex. Wood and trim surfaces received two full finish coats of a high performance acrylic paint and the stucco was painted with a highly breathable / high build coating system.
